Our Show & Tell opens the morning, Site Stacker Unlocked moments land through the day, and sandbox time puts them to work.
Day 2 · Apply
The longest build
The road ahead in the morning, then an uninterrupted build block that runs from the break straight through to lunch.
Day 3 · Prove
You on stage
Reporting, a final build, then attendees presenting what they made, followed by the awards. Closes at 5:00 PM.
Every workshop block runs in four rooms. Pick the one you need.
The rooms never move, so you can switch between blocks without hunting for a schedule. Choose by what you need in that moment, not by the feature that shipped that morning.

Training
Technical implementation. You know what you want; this room shows you how to configure it. Staffed by the people deepest in the product.
Room 2
Apply
Take what just landed on the main stage and work out what it means for your organization before you touch a screen.
Room 3
Build
Heads-down build time in your own environment, with someone on hand the moment you get stuck.
Room 4
Connect
Attendee-led. Talk it through with peers solving the same problem, rather than being taught.
A progression, not a preference: apply the idea, build the thing, then collaborate to sharpen it.

Each one will be revealed on the main stage. What's behind each lock? You'll have to be there to find out.
Missional Innovator Challenge
Announced Day 1. Awarded Day 3.
Whoever solves the most significant challenge in Site Stacker across the three days takes the grant. Entries close at the end of the final build block, and the winner is named at the closing celebration.
Bring a laptop
Every workshop is hands-on in a sandbox environment. A sandbox is provided if you do not already have access.
Lunch and coffee are on us
All three lunches, morning coffee, and breaks are included, so you can stay on site through the day.
