The project is structured in two primary scenarios based on the inclusion of process automation workflows. All one-time fees are estimates and will be finalized in the Statement of Work (SOW).

1. Consultation Segment

This initial segment is dedicated to comprehensive project setup, strategic planning, and process refinement to ensure a successful implementation.

Key Activities Included:

• Pre-consultation surveys
• SWOT analysis
• Marketing survey (missed opportunities)
• Google analytics analysis
• One week of offsite project management
• Calls, meetings, and communications
• Preparation of relevant materials
• Analysis of all documents and websites
• Day One: Onsite Consultation – Gift Management
  • Includes all fundraising activities moving over to Site Stacker
  • Full review of the design and strategy survey results
  • Clarification of client goals and objectives
  • Review of current workflows and processes
  • Review of all payment processors and entry points
  • Review system architecture and software stack:
    • Donor Perfect: Used for donor management.
    • Woo Commerce: Used for online giving.
    • WordPress: Used for content management, with a front-end overhaul noted in 2022.
    • Donor Elf: Used for missionary care, fundraising, and missionary dashboards.
    • Authorize + Local Bank: Used for merchant processing.
  • Review and discussion concerning possible phases for implementation
  • Data/records review for recurring schedules, historic gifts, all gifts and donor data
• Day Two: Onsite Consultation – Mobilization
  • Includes application automation for mobilization process
  • 1 day of onsite strategy consultation to review and refine the mobilization
  • Product demos to provide context, show best practices and demonstrate what is possible (demo site and other client sites)
  • Evaluation, strategy, updated mapping, and determination of the optimal number of workflows for the following processes:
    • Missionary Application Processes
    • Discussion of reporting needs and possibilities
    • Discussion of website design needs for recruitment
    • Discussion of user migration plan
  • Strategy document outlining the final process and high-level strategy
  • Finalization of full project success statement

Project Plan

• Preparation of complete project and implementation plan (consultation recap)
• Review/adjust project plan (consultation recap) with client

2. Core Platform Setup

This foundational part of the project involves configuring the backend systems and core functionalities within the Site Stacker enterprise CMS.

Key Components Included:

• Site Stacker CMS Base Configuration
• Online Giving Module Setup
• Integrated CRM & Donor Portal Backend Configuration
• Basic Automation Setup (SPARK & Motion2)
• Administrative Dashboards & Tools Backend Setup

3. Primary Company Website

This part outlines the structured process for designing and developing your primary company website on the Site Stacker CMS. The cost is determined by the level of customization.

4. Missionary Application Process

Configuration of a comprehensive Missionary Application and Onboarding system, including an opportunities portal, a multi-stage automated application workflow, and a full suite of dashboards.

5. Data Migration

This segment covers migrating data from your current systems (e.g., DonorPerfect, Sage 300) into Site Stacker. The final cost depends on the quality and complexity of the source data.

• Pricing Model: Time & Materials (T&M)
• Hourly Rate: $90/hr
• Estimated Hours: 160 - 210 hours

6. Site Stacker Subscription Fee

This recurring monthly fee encompasses all essential ongoing services required to operate and maintain the Site Stacker platform effectively. A 36-month standard agreement applies. A 48-month contract qualifies for a 2.5% discount on the monthly subscription fee. A 60-month contract qualifies for a 5% discount on the monthly subscription. Please indicate which term fits your needs best.

A processing fee quote can be obtain by request. We will connect you with our payment processor which will be able to provide the best rates available. An additional Site Stacker Platform fee of .5% will be added to the total processing fee as well.
